Owner selects guests he likes for private weekends. Most are from Manhattan. You may meet owner anytime by emailing him. Mid twenties through thirties. Most are single. Usually we have an even number of guys and girls.

All rooms have only 2 people per bedroom. Master bedroom may have 3.

Arriving close to the house you will be by the water, at the entrance to a scenic nature reserve. We have a large gravel driveway with plenty of room for your car. Inside the house, you'll see a lot of open space, with two living rooms and large decks. You'll discover friendly people and a mellow vibe. Friday night, some stay at home watching movies, or relaxing in the hot tub. Often we'll all go out to a local lounge or dance club. Late night, people may come home to swim in the pool, hot tub or hang out a bit before calling it a night. Saturday morning, the Country market is close by for breakfast. Daytime, there's the pool with plenty of deck space and lounge chairs. We have our private lake-front access, with activities like fishing, swimming, and canoeing and another tanning dock. The closest ocean beach, Cooper's, is only a 5 minute drive. Sagg Main Beach in Bridgehampton is not too far. The Duckpond Vinyard for wine tasting tours is a local favorite. The driving range is within 2 miles of the house. Antique, horse and car shows are all close by. The tennis club, where we have discounted rates of $25 per hour per court, is within 1.5 miles. We are 15 minutes from Shelter Island, a great place for happy hour on the water at Sunset Beach. Other cool places for happy hour include Cyril's in Montauk. Saturday night can start with a barbecue at the house or dinner out in Southampton or Sag Harbor. After, we'll generally go out to one of the many lounges or private parties in the area. There are always a lot of options and activities. We have parties in the city for house guests and those interested in becoming guests. All of the owner's friends, old and new, will be welcome as house guests this summer. You are invited to our next party or to meet privately anytime. -   RSVP or INQUIRE

Each house guest must be invited personally by the owner.

We offer many different options that should be scheduled in advance. Mostly, you will be inivted out for anywhere from 1 to 5 weekends throughout the summer.
